Exercise During Office Hours
Evan Williams takes exercise efficiency to the next level by working out when his brain has slowed, instead of before or after the typical workday. “My focus is usually great first thing in the morning, so going to the gym first is a trade off of very productive time,” he shares with the Lift blog. Instead, the Twitter chief can be caught doing his circuit mid-morning — or late afternoon on days he works late. Leaving the office mid-day can feel strange, he admits, but the shift allows for higher energy and focus while on the job.
