Forget the hoodie. Mark Zuckerberg has moved from dressing for physical comfort to stress-avoiding styles. Frequently spotted in a gray t-shirt with three Facebook icons on it, the company founder claims to have a drawer full of them. With one less choice to make in the morning, this (lack of) shirt selection frees his mind to make one more decision later. At least that’s the theory behind Decision Fatigue, a condition that affects mentally exhausted people who get overloaded by all the options the day throws at them.
