Just Say No
In a wide-ranging, hour-long chat with Levo League, Warren Buffett revealed many secrets of his success, and perhaps the most important was learning to say “no.” For example, when meeting Bill Gates for the first time in 1991, he impressed the Microsoft founder by scheduling time to follow up in a nearly blank datebook. “You’ve got to keep control of your time,” revealed Buffett. “And you won’t… unless you can say no. You can’t let other people set your agenda in life.”
