I can share more than a few facts that demonstrate Scooter Braun is a man who sees something the rest of us don’t. How about that he discovered not one, not two, but multiple amazing talents from the vast world of the Internet? Or that among Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Psy, Asher Roth and Cody Simpson, Scooter’s clients have nearly 7 billion YouTube views? Yes, Scooter Braun is a very savvy businessman and a creative visionary.
But none of that is how he defines himself. The first time he walked into my office, he said, “I want to know how you get this.” When I asked him what in particular, you can imagine my surprise when he pointed to a picture of my family. I’m convinced that Scooter’s warmth and heart are why so many young clients gravitate to him — he treats Justin like a member of his own family. And what most people probably don’t know is that Scooter has found a way to connect this heart to everything he does, incorporating a philanthropic side into all his initiatives. I’m pretty confident he will be influencing people for generations to come.
